Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@coscarnival.com.

Orders that have not yet entered production or processing may generally be easier to cancel.

Because many cosplay products are made or prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation may become restricted once materials have been purchased, production has started, customization has begun, or the order has already been shipped.

Any applicable cancellation fee will depend on the production status of the order.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled according to the applicable return policy.
