When you select Custom Size, you can leave your body measurements in the Order Note.

Please measure your body according to the image below. Measure the circumference directly around your body with the measuring tape close to the skin 【except for shoulder width】.
Required measurements:

Weight
④ Bust
⑥ Waist
⑧ Hips
③ Shoulder Width  
All other measurements are optional and may be omitted if they are not needed for your costume.
If your costume includes a neck accessory, please provide:
② Neck Circumference
If your costume includes gloves, please provide:

If your costume includes stockings or leg accessories, please provide:
⑫ ⑬ ⑭ Leg Measurements
If your costume is a bodysuit or one-piece garment, please also provide:
